Bishop's Visitation Celebrates Baptisms, Confirmations, and Receptions

St. Peter's Episcopal Church was honored to welcome The Right Reverend Mark Bourlakas, Assistant Bishop of Virginia, for his visitation on All Saints' Sunday.

The service was a joyful celebration of faith and community as the parish welcomed two baptisms, celebrated fifteen confirmations, and received two new members into The Episcopal Church.

Following the service, parishioners, family members, and guests gathered in Richardson Hall for a festive reception to celebrate those who were baptized, confirmed, and received, and to welcome Bishop Bourlakas to St. Peter's.

We give thanks for all who participated in this special day and ask God's continued blessings upon those who have taken these important steps in their faith journey.

The Diocese of Virginia shared photos and highlights from the visitation on its Facebook page.
